Ashley kicked off her casting career with commercials and small scripted projects before leaping headfirst into the unpredictable world of game shows and reality TV. There, she mastered the art of working with real people – helping them tell their stories, shine on camera, and in many cases, walk away with a lot of prize money.

After marrying a camera operator (keeping entertainment in the family), Ashley traded Los Angeles for the Bay Area, not far from where she grew up. She found the perfect next step at Lieberman Productions, partnering with major skincare brands like Proactiv and Meaningful Beauty to produce genuine testimonials from real users. Her work as a brand testimonial coordinator was a natural fit, seamlessly building on her experience in reality and game show casting.​ Beyond testimonial management, Ashley took on in-house casting duties, overseeing talent selection for all scripted projects.

Currently, Ashley partners with skincare, beauty, health, and wellness brands nationwide, providing testimonial consulting, casting, and management. She also offers casting services to local businesses, working with clients ranging from Bay Area tech companies to Napa Valley wineries.
